There is no refunds all sales are final. Files must be ready at 300 resolution. We offer help with design for an additional cost. Preview will be sent before printed to the number given to us on file. You will be able to make any changes, If we have any questions on design we will reach out to you. Once approved by customer it gets printed. We are not responsible for any miss spelling or missing information. We don't print till you approve. If a reprint needs to be made because of an error like miss spell or comma or period missing or forgot to add information you will be charged full price.
